1. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed 1-2 days after payment. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on where you live (inside the US) and two weeks (outside the US).
2. What is your refund/exchange policy?
Refunds and exchanges are allowed for pins if they arrive with excess damage. Excess damage includes: violently wobbly posts, noticeable scratches and dents. Buyers' remorse refunds are not given.
You have 14 days upon arrival to inspect your product and contact us about any errors. For exchanges, you are expected to pay shipping costs to send the item back. You also have an option to request a partial refund if you wish to keep the product.
3. Do you guys sell at any events?
Events attended by Lunarity Collective Co members will be posted on our facebook group. Some drops may take place at said events. We'd love to meet you guys!
